What is a typical purchasing process for a customer?

1. Client fills in register form online or contacts MBCC by email for business partner membership.
2. Client logs in to MBCC's website to browse the full product catalog.
3. Client contacts MBCC for preferred items.
4. MBCC sends client full quotation including photo/price/pack details, according to client's enquiry.
5. Client submits order draft with item#/color/QTY.
6. MBCC adjusts container after receiving sales confirmation
    A): When cargo fits well: MBCC will fine tune cargo to fill container.
    B): When cargo does not fit well: Client will decide how to adjust the container.
7. Client arranges 30% deposit(or letter of credit draft) after order is approved by MBCC & client.
8. MBCC starts production after receiving the deposit(or letter of creditat at sight).
9. MBCC applies standard label and shipping mark unless client provides their own format
10. Shipping
    A): When the shipping company is provided by client, MBCC arranges booking and loads cargo at the specified time
    B): When shipping company is provided by MBCC, MBCC will quote freight to client. After confirmation, MBCC arranges loading at the specified time
11. MBCC sends copy of documents for balance after loading.
12. Shipping company deliveries cargo to client.
13. Client will pay the 70% balance against copy of bill of landingor letter of credit at sight.

Can I revise my order?

You can revise your order up to 7 days after the deposit is arranged. Please send the order revision details by email right away.

What discounts am I eligible for?

As MBCC makes its own products in the factory, we provide high-quality products for factory direct price. As a result, our prices are already very competitive. Further discounts may be provided for special occasions such as buying in bulk. However, we review each of these cases individually. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

How are products shipped?

Goods for orders will be shipped by sea. Samples will be shipped at client's opinion (air or express or LCL)

Do your products have any guarantees or warranties?

We aim to ensure that customers receive the product that they accept.
•  Paint chipping: 90 days, from receipt of goods
•  Manufacturer's defect: 30 days from receipt of goods
Credit for the damages listed above will be compensated in the next order.
Any damages caused in transit, should be claimed from the freight forwarder,on arrival of the goods
