MBCC Statement of Warranty

MBCC guarantees that all materials & products supplied by the Company are sold with full benefit of manufacturer's guarantee. However, our company’s liability shall not exceed the value of any defective item.

Warranty

•  Paint chipping: 90 days, from receipt of goods

•  Manufacturer's defect: 30 days from receipt of goods

Credit for the damages listed above will be compensated in the next order.

Any damages caused in transit, should be claimed from the freight forwarder,on arrival of the goods.

In addition, this Warranty will not apply if:

•  The product has not been used or maintained in accordance with their intended use.

•  The product is tampered with.

•  The product has been incorrectly operated.

•  The customer uses the product in an abnormal manner, This may include, but is not limited to dropping the product, general mishandling and exposure to fire.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us and provide a photo of the defective product(s). We will make credit note in next shipment.
